SHIPPING AND RETURNS:
- Dispatch lead time for made to order pieces is 7 working days.
- Dispatch lead time for custom orders is 15 to 20 working days. Returns include exchange of style or size. No refunds. Returns must be initiated within three days of delivery.
- The shipping cost of exchange is to be borne by the customer.
- Customized orders cannot be returned, exchanged and no COD.
